Patient Participation Group (PPG)

Our Patient Participation Group (PPG) gives patients an opportunity to share their views and help us improve the services we provide at Manor Medical Practice.

We want our PPG to represent the diverse community we serve and welcome patients of all ages and backgrounds to get involved.

What does the PPG do?

The PPG provides a patient perspective on the practice and the services we provide.

Members may have opportunities to:

  • share views and suggestions about practice services
  • provide feedback on proposed changes and developments
  • help us understand what matters to our patients
  • contribute ideas about how services and patient experience could be improved
  • help us communicate and engage with our wider patient population.

The PPG is about improving services for our patient population as a whole. It isn’t a route for discussing individual medical concerns or complaints.

Who can join?

Any patient registered at Manor Medical Practice can express an interest in joining our PPG.

You don’t need any particular experience or knowledge. We are keen to hear from people with different experiences and perspectives so that the group reflects the community we serve.
