A simpler way to contact us online – SystmConnect

Manor Medical Practice has now replaced PATCHS with SystmConnect, a simpler and quicker way to contact the practice online.

SystmConnect is designed to be straightforward to use. There is no app to download and no separate SystmConnect account to create. Simply visit our website, click on the SystmConnect banner, answer a few questions about what you need help with and send your request to the practice.

What can I use SystmConnect for?

You can use SystmConnect for a wide range of medical and administrative requests, including:

The questions you are asked will depend on what you need help with, so you only need to provide the information relevant to your request. This helps our team understand what you need and make sure your request is dealt with appropriately.

How do I use it?

Simply visit the Manor Medical Practice website and click the SystmConnect banner.

SystmConnect can be accessed using a smartphone, tablet or computer, and there is no separate app to download or SystmConnect account to create.

What if I can’t use SystmConnect?

Don’t worry, you can still telephone us on 01274 484111 or speak to our reception team in person.

If you are unable to complete a SystmConnect request yourself, a member of our reception team can ask you the relevant questions and submit the request on your behalf.

You will not be disadvantaged if you are unable to use the online service.

What about nurse appointments?

Appointments with our nursing and other healthcare teams can continue to be booked directly through our reception team where appropriate.

What has happened to PATCHS?

PATCHS has now been replaced by SystmConnect at Manor Medical Practice.

If you previously used PATCHS to contact us online, you should now use SystmConnect instead. Simply click the SystmConnect banner on our website and follow the questions on screen.

There is nothing you need to download and you do not need to create a separate SystmConnect account.
